Well, summer is just about over (after this weekend), and I'm definitely sad to see it end. With the end of summer comes the end of wearing sundresses, long days, beautiful nites, lightning bugs, and summer books. It's time to pack away those summer reads until next year and get out those classics reads. August was a great month for me: I had a great vacation to Vegas, read some good books, and enjoyed the last bit of summer. So, here are my stats from the month:
Number of books read: 10
Number of reviews done: 6
Favorite book this month: The Help by Kathryn Stockett
Least favorite book: Skinny by Diana Spechler
This was my most productive reading month to date! And I also caught up on all my reviews (finally!), so everything that I read this month has the review written (a few will be posted in September). Now that we are heading into autumn, I'm anxious to see if I will be able to keep reading at this pace ... here's hoping! I hope that everyone has a great September!
You got one more than I did. August seemed like good reading time. I still need to read The Help.
