It's that time again ... Book Blogger Hop! This weekly event is hosted at Crazy for Books and it's a great way to meet other book bloggers and learn a little more about your fellow bloggers.
This week's question is:
"If I gave you £50 (or $80) and sent you into a bookshop right now, what would be in your basket when you finally staggered to the till?"
Such a good question! I always walk into a bookstore intending to buy one or two books, and walk out with way more than that! So, with $80, this is what I would purchase:
The Paris Wife by Paula McLain
Blood, Bones, and Butter by Gabrielle Hamilton
Blood, Bones, and Butter by Gabrielle Hamilton
There are a few more that I have on my list, but they haven't been released yet!
So, what would you buy with $80?
Thanks for visiting my blog. I, too, love Jane Eyre. It is definitely in my top 5 favorite books of all time. Might I recommend The Illustrated Jane Eyre illustrated by Dame Darcy? It is one of 3 editions I own and it is my favorite. The illustrations play to the story very well.

The Paris Wife is definitely up there on my list. I can't wait to actually have a chance to go buy it!
ReplyDeleteOoooh, I love the sound of 'Paris Times Eight'! It might be a bit tricky to get hold of over here in England but it's goin' on the wishlist anyway! Glad you like my question... My list is here:
